Justin is a unique trainer. His calm, self-assured demeanor instilled my confidence in
him as well as myself. He is very observant about my body's strengths and weaknesses
during exercises. He uses creative training techniques with various tools so the
program remains interesting and challenging. He is extremely knowledgeable about
general health and nutrition which of course plays a huge role in physical shape and
fitness. The results so far for me are - increased strength, tone and muscle mass, a
decrease in body fat and far better knowledge on structure of work-out programs,

Training with Kelly makes working out fun and she got me fabulous results. Between
training a couple of days a week and watching what I eat, I lost 1% body fat and 7% of

I began a work out program with Justin in the Spring of 2004 . When I first began a
strength training program with Justin, I was in relatively good shape having just
completed a marathon. However, I was focused primarily on my cardiovascular
workouts. I didn’t know much about strength training so, although I did spend time on
weight training, I fell into a monotonous routine that did not challenge my body.
Justin put together a program that was organized, challenging and practical. After I
spent some time on the program, I can say that I can see the physical results in
addition to “feeling” results. I became more toned overall. But, also, my body
maintains its weight and tone much better than it did before I had an intentional,
thought-out and challenging strength training program. My overall fitness level has
improved dramatically. Justin has taught me that a solid strength training program
allows me to avoid focusing on that last 5 minutes of cardio work every day because
as my body is more toned, it is burning fat and calories throughout my day.
I have now been working out with Justin for over 2 years. He continually changes and
updates my exercises so that I consistently see results. Justin is motivating but also
understands his client’s individual goals. He is flexible and easy to work with, reliable
and fun. Currently, Justin has helped me with a more-intense weight-loss program.
He has spent considerable time with me discussing exercises as well as diet and
nutrition habits. I have always been very pleased with the program and the results
and feel that the program is always thorough, hitting every muscle group, varied and
challenging.

I'm a 40 year old male and started training at Crossbridge six months ago. My goal was
to increase muscle mass and get some definition in my upper body. I ran for several
years prior to this and although I lost weight, my body basically stayed the same. I
never really thought of myself as the kind of person who would train with free
weights, but now I feel like I'm exceeding my own expectations. Training with Justin at
Crossbridge has taught me about nutrition, strength conditioning, and about what my
body is capable of doing. The training studio is very nice, private, and is completely
state-of-the-art. Justin's style of training is very straightforward and realistic but
demanding. He doesn't yell or force you "to do one more rep." He knows when your
body can't do anymore and is as much concerned with preventing injury as he is with
making sure you reach your goal. He is in great shape himself and can answer any
question I have about how to take a regular workout to a higher level. I plan to train
at Crossbridge for a long time. I never could do dips or pull-ups before I started
training and now I can--that's a testament to the training methods used at
Crossbridge.

Crossbridge Strength and Conditioning has helped me with increases in strength and
size. Over the past few years of playing hockey at the collegiate level I have always
been one of the fastest skaters, but I needed to put on more weight and increase my
strength. After training at Crossbridge I have done exactly that! My solid increase in

performance.
